Stage 1

Talent Acquisition Video Screening

Our Talent Acquisition team would love to meet with you, learn more about you, what motivates you and what will make you truly fulfilled and happy in your career. We can then begin to help connect to a career at NextGen if the dots if they are there to be connected.
Stage 2

Functional Deepdive Interview

Functional deep dive, consisting of behavioural and situational questions as it pertains to the functional knowledge and how it should be applied in the position. This stage may also include a work sample assessment as part of the interview.
Stage 3

Leadership & Values Interview

Leadership & Values alignment assessment, consisting of behavioural and situational questions as it pertains to the leadership qualities that matter at NextGen and how our values align with your own personal values.
